Since 1975, we have dedicated ourselves to safeguarding the skills and expanding the arts within the culinary profession by promoting learning through ongoing education. We encourage culinarians of all levels to pursue their passion for cooking and to truly enjoy cooking, whether as a profession or simply a hobby. Our chapter is one of more than 230 chapters in the United States that make up the largest professional chefs association in Northern America…the American Culinary Federation. Our members are actively involved in the community, utilizing their talents, abilities and resources for the advancement of others. Our mission is to help culinarians obtain the best resources and tools they need to become great culinarians.

Our Organization

The ACFNCC is a nonprofit organization which maintains a 501(c)(6) IRS designation. This designation allows businesses to deduct donations and membershipdues (to the extent allowed by law).
